I’m a Senior Product Manager based in the San Fancisco Bay Area. I bring 7 years of experience building consumer and B2B products and 8 years in strategy consulting and finance, working across fintech, travel, and SaaS.

My strength is bridging data and design — going deep in the numbers while crafting user-centric experiences that drive adoption, retention, and revenue. I’ve led products from 0→1 through scale, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM.

Currently, I lead cards and spend management at Relay, a B2B fintech serving small businesses, where I own product strategy and scale core, revenue-driving product lines.

Previously, I was part of the founding team of an early-stage travel startup, where I built a mobile product helping people travel for less by maximizing rewards points. Before that, I was a Senior Product Manager at Hopper, a fast-growing consumer travel app, launching 0→1 retention and growth features used by millions of travelers. I’ve also served as Chief of Staff & Product Manager at Oliver Wyman’s Digital Innovation Studio, a product incubator that built new digital products for Fortune 500 companies, helping scale it from inception to $20M+ in annual revenue.

I grew up in Bulgaria, spending every summer in my grandparents’ small village (pictured here). It’s where I trained to become a national badminton champion and studied for the SATs, earning a full ride at a top U.S. liberal arts college. I bring the same drive, passion, and commitment to every project I take on – personal or professional.

Outside of work, you can find me traveling frequently, staying true to my inner athlete, and checking off my ever-growing movie and book list.

Hi, I’m Ani Simeonova.

What Drives Me

I’m motivated by building products — and teams — that work for people operating with real constraints. My background across finance, consulting, and product has taught me that the best decisions emerge when different perspectives are brought into the room early and treated as inputs to strategy, not afterthoughts. Having grown up across cultures, I’m intentional about creating spaces where people feel heard, trusted, and empowered to shape outcomes.

That perspective carries into the kinds of problems I’m drawn to. I’m especially excited about building products in spaces where thoughtful design and technology can meaningfully expand access and sustainability. I completed the Climatebase Fellowship, exploring how software and AI can accelerate climate solutions, and I bring a sustainability-focused lens shaped by my upbringing in Bulgaria.
