I'm a Senior Product Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area with 15 years of experience across product, strategy consulting, and finance - spanning fintech, travel, and SaaS.
I'm at my best bridging data and design: digging into the numbers while shaping experiences people want to use. I've taken products from 0-to-1, working hand-in-hand with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams.
Right now, I lead cards and spend management at Relay Financial, a B2B fintech helping small businesses thrive. Previously, I was on the founding team of a travel startup where I built a mobile product helping people travel for less through rewards points.
Before that, I launched retention and growth features used by millions at Hopper, and helped scale Oliver Wyman's Digital Innovation Studio - a product incubator for Fortune 500 companies - from inception to $20M+ in annual revenue.
Hi, I’m Ani Simeonova.
What Drives Me
Every product I've built connects back to one thing: making people's lives materially better - helping small businesses thrive, strengthening someone's financial footing, or making it possible to take that trip they didn't think they could afford. That's the thread across my work, and it's where I do my best thinking.
My path through finance, consulting, and product taught me that the best decisions happen when different perspectives show up early - not as a courtesy, but as strategy. Growing up across cultures made that instinct second nature. I build teams where people feel heard, trusted, and empowered, because that's consistently where the strongest work comes from.
I grew up in Bulgaria, spending every summer in my grandparents' small village (pictured above), where I trained to become a national badminton champion and studied for the SATs, earning a full ride to a top U.S. liberal arts college. That same drive shows up in everything I do.
